The Western Union identification process is simple:

1. After you make your first two transactions withWestern Union, a button will appear in the “My identification status” section of your profile before you can send money again with Western Union. You will not see the button until you have completed two online transactions within a year.

3. Nearly all returning customers get verified automatically by Western Union's system. If Western Union need more information from you they will send you an email telling you what you need to do.

If you transfer money regularly or for large amounts, Western Union may ask you to upload a copy of your identification as part of a separate verification process during a transaction.

To verify your identification Western Union you will see specific instructions within the transaction itself. Where you can upload to the website and instructions will be given directly from your profile.
