Bad Points
- Exchange rates and fees are high when using credit card
- Delays on funds being received
- Poor reports on customer services
We have received mixed reports about Xoom either they are really good or if there is a problem then they are really bad. If you are not living in the US then it may be wise to find a company that are closer to home. The main problem seems to be when partner is processing funds and they have not arrived under the specified duration, there is a lack of urgency and it seems hard to get a straight answer.
